Fees and Client Recommendations

Initial discussions via phone & email are held at my expense.. These are designed to see if I can be of assistance to you, explain the service available, and establish whether I am the right person for the job.

Note initial discussions are not to offer specific advice or technical information. This would arise from an agreement between us both and form the basis of me charging a fee for my experience and knowledge.

Advice and Technical Help.
For advice and technical help only, with no further service required, the fee is £150. You would need to have all relevant paperwork ready. This can normally be carried out within one to two hours.

Further Advice & Recommendations.
You may then decide to proceed with my service for specific recommendations. I will then draft a personal report. This can take many hours to research and complete. It is unique to you & holds you under no obligation. It is tailored to your specific goals and objectives, with recommendations of products and

providers to meet your requirements.

The cost of a personal report will vary according to the service required. This is offset against any product fees should the recommendations be taken up. For examples of fees please get in touch and I can provide you with the relevant details.
